Thanks for sharing Amelia. Though Aaron has now since completed his regression it is very much me feeling the trepidation at this stage!

Since his was so entertaining I can sense a little pressure to match his experience. I think I need to get my my mind very much into a state of Wu Wei to avoid a disappointing experience
