Two late 1950′s encounters are uncovered with one turning into a velvet clad, swinging adventure, with the decor to match. We also look at a bizarre MIB meeting and the strange time keeping device they seemed to take an interest in.

Is it bad that the first thing I wondered about after the NASA announcement was whether or not abductees would be poisoned by sexual relations with arsenic based lifeforms…

In re. the microwave guy. The scenario almost sounds like the guy got abducted by “bad aliens” and the “good aliens” on the planet are investigating, and seeing if the “bad aliens” come back. The watch stuff sounds like the “bad aliens” put something in it, and the “good aliens” are trying to see what it is. Assuming it’s not all made up of course…

I did a little googling and found that Mr. Martin published his account under “dap o’day press” maybe that’s these strange visitors kept saying “dap o’day” after his name. Or maybe he named his publishing operation after this great new greeting.

was it dapper or dap o ? in the story the “alien” was wearing an ww1 or 2 gasmask and wasn’t dapper a word that was used in those times, maybe thats where they learned to speak english? and they weren’t getting the context of the word right or something.. who knows..
