    Re. midget alien and ball.  I really have a hard time believing he tossed the ball 500 meters.  It really depends on what kind of ball she had (which isn’t specified).  500 meters = roughly 5 American football fields, 1500 feet.  If she has a raquetball or tennis ball, I don’t believe it will go that far.  Just too light with air resistance.  It would have to be something dense and heavy.  American Baseball homerun hitters hit a baseball in the 400 foot rant.  Tiger Woods drives golf balls 320 meters on average.

    Re. Columbian witchcraft.  I dunno, when I think Columbia and people seeing things/freaking out , witchcraft isn’t the first thing that comes to mind.  I think someone spiked the fruit punch…

    Re. ‘Scorpionoids’, didn’t you guys mentioned a rather bizarre confrontation between a hunter and some aliens with a scorpion tail that were trying to capture an alligator a few shows ago?

    In any case, what the woman saw reminds me more of the early depictions of the Chupacabras in Puerto Rico, before it was turned into a mangy coyote by the Gringos ;)
