No i Don’t Want To Alter My Mind I’m On MY A game right now i listen to this latter when im off balance

The interview/demonstration with Daniel Coates was very interesting. I listened with headphones and really could hear the oscillation in his voice that Ben mentions. I was knitting while listening, which really intensified the meditative quality of the session, and I found the sounds to be quite powerful and lovely.

I fall asleep every night while listening to a binaural iPad app called Brain Wave, and can attest to the power of sound frequencies affecting the brain somehow. I have had several interesting experiences while listening, including lucid dreams, and having the sensation of the bed sliding back and forth, which I have been told is sometimes a precursor to an out of body experience. If this stuff happens while listening to a recording, I can only imagine how much more powerful it would be to have a person in the room creating the sounds live.

I wonder how effective sound healing would have been on Ben’s Reptilian Flu?

While not my cup of tea, it definitely sounds like Aaron an altered state of consciousness.  How did it compare to the hypnosis from the past life regression?   It’d be interesting to see how the brainwaves changed during one of Daniels sessions.

The other thing that I think was missing from not being there is the actual vibrations from the sounds (sort of like being at a concert and feeling the bass sounds go through your body.

Whatever happened to the bowl on the head scenario mentioned previously?  Did he not do that?  I’m curious how that would transmit through the body.  That bowl sounds like it’d have a lot of near range vibrations.

Re. Revenants, this brought up a question.  Is this the oldest physical evidence of vampire beliefs?

Re. hooks.  I’m kind of in agreement.  While the assumption is that aliens are here and they originated the technology that got them here, that’s not necessarily the case.  Look at John Ringo’s Posleen stories for an example.  Although we *really* don’t want the Posleen visiting. :)

What Aaron described is something I myself have experienced on a very (very!) regular basis.  They seem to fall within the category of entoptic phenomena. However, I hypothesize that they are somehow triggered by a natural release of DMT in the brain –hence the possible simmilarity to an Ayahuasca trip that Daniel mentioned during his interview.

Hey guys, not the normal MU episode topic that I’m usually into, but I really enjoyed this! I have to admit that I’m mad jealous that you guys have the opportunity to try these things out on the “company dime”!  But on to my comment.

My grandfather was a veterinarian, and I grew up around veterinarians and have always had an interest in animal biology. Cats use sound healing to regulate their mood, stimulate muscle tissue, and aid in healing – all without technology and I’m surprised that we haven’t adopted this as science fact. Here’s a link with some short, but interesting reading on the topic:  http://www.scientificamerican.com/article.cfm?id=why-do-cats-purr

    Cheers Guys!

As a pharmaceutical researcher and reiki master, I am often at odds with what each side of my brain is telling me. While doing cancer research, I discovered Royal Rife. In short, he was the Nicola Tesla of cancer research about 100 years ago. He discovered that cancer cells had vibrational frequencies. He made a sonic machine to kill only cancer cells within an organ. The newly developed American Medical Association made him the poster child for establishing their own authority. Because Rife was not medically trained, he and his machine were destroyed. Glad sonocytology has been “discovered” but outside of USA, Rife’s machines are still marketed and successfully used.
