Mysterious Universe

This interview was one of my favorites. When you mentioned the *box* i almost went crazy because you mention the old hag and there is a story i would like to share with community.

I was 15/16 at the time, I lived in Lebanon. I was sitting
down with my grandfather and some of his friends. They were talking about
paranormal things including the “Irini”. 
The “Irini” is a bad spirit that invades your dreams and torments you.
It comes in the figure of an Old Hag or a person you love. I remember over
hearing the story and laughing at my grandfather. I remember him saying not to
test and mock the power of “Irini”. A week later, I started having the same
dream over and over again. The dream is as follows;

The dream starts when my mom is driving me to school. Once
we get to school it is foggy and I’m the first student to arrive. While walking
toward my classroom, which was a good five minute walk through a gigantic
field. I can hear someone running behind me, screaming and then I feel the
smack on the back of my head. I wake up the next day with the biggest headache.
I don’t say anything I just thought it was a bad dream. A couple nights later I
have the same dream. Everything continues in the same way with my mom driving
me to school, I’m the first one to arrive and I start walking to my class. I
keep telling myself there is something behind me so I start walking backwards.
I feel the smack on my leg this time and I wake up. My leg is sore and has a
cramp. For the next two months the dream reoccurred 8 more time. Also starting
off the exact same way and ending with a smack on some body part.

I finally approached my mother who is very religious and she
told me to go pray to Saint Anthony. Back home, Saint Anthony protects us from
evil spirits. That night I went to sleep and woke up having the same dream. I
know exactly what is happening now in my dream so instead of getting smacked I
turn around and swing my arm when I hear a bell. I can feel that I hit
something. I partially wake up from my dream and feel someone touch my shoulder
and say “ You escaped me Joseph”.

Fascinating Oklahoma/Irish accent combination. Great show–very interesting.
