Witnesses See Plasma Dripping From The Sky Over Rhode Island

It’s unusual to see one UFO hovering in the sky. It’s highly unusual to see a fleet of UFOs. It’s extremely unusual when this event is seen by multiple witnesses and recorded on video. It’s mind-blowing when these witnesses watch the UFOs melt into plasma and drip from the sky. Are you ready to have your mind blown?

The video appears to have been taken on September 11th by a woman in Hope Valley, a small village in the southern part of Rhode Island near the Atlantic coast. She’s talking to at least one other person who also witnesses the event and is puzzled by what it could be.

If it’s UFOs dropping plasma or changing into plasma, it would not be the first occurrence this year. In February 2015, another video was posted of what appears to be a UFO dripping plasma blobs that suddenly solidify and appear to move off on their own. No location was given for that sighting.

We know less about plasma than the other fundamental states of matter even though it’s the most universally abundant of the four. Many believe that shape-shifting aliens might actually be plasma beings and a plasma ship or plasma-based propulsion could explain the strange, speedy, gravity-defying and otherwise unexplainable maneuvers UFOs seem to be able to make.

Maneuvers like dripping from the sky into nothingness? The objects over Rhode Island don’t appear to act like conventional balloons, drones or fireworks. Plasma then becomes a possibility.

Until we have more videos or other witnesses, this event is wide open for speculation. What do you think happened over Hope Valley?
