Product Statement

By purchasing a “Plus+” subscription you are provided with monthly access to a once (1) weekly extended edition of the regular free show and one (1) exclusive weekend show. Subscriptions are charged at $US 9 each month and subscribers automatically enter into a reoccurring subscription charged each month until/unless canceled by the subscriber. Each show consists of a podcast episode and covers a number of topics. Episodes are provided every week with the exception of pre-announced one to two (1-2) week breaks. These breaks will be announced at least two (2) weeks in advance and will be no more than three (3) times per year.

Refunds

Refunds are provided if requested within seven (7) days of your new subscription. Only one (1) refund will be provided to repeat subscribers or users with multiple accounts. Refunds are not provided if you disagree with the content or opinions of the hosts or guests. Refunds will be provided if two (2) shows a month are not provided (with the exception of pre-announced breaks).

Delivery of Content

All content provided by your subscription is electronic. When you create a subscription you will be provided with a RSS feed that you can apply to your RSS reader to download your Plus+ content. You can also access this content via the Plus+ Membership website at http://plus.mysteriousuniverse.org. The subscription content you have purchased will be electronically available to you for immediate download.

Security

Mysterious Universe uses PayPal for its payment gateway. PayPal adheres to PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) standards and ensures your sensitive financial and personal data.

The Mysterious Universe domain in monitored by an Internet Security firm. Any detected malware or malicious content is blocked and removed.
