What is it about the upcoming year 2022 that is bringing prognosticators out of the woodwork? So far, we’ve had predictions from deceased psychics Baba Vanga and Nostradamus and living psychic Uri Geller, revelations from a time traveler and forecasts from an Irish almanac. Don’t like any of their thoughts on 2022? Then get ready for the views of Abhigya Anand – an alleged Indigo child who claims to have correctly predicted the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019. What does this teen from India have to say about 2022?
Abhigya Anand is said to have shown advanced intelligence from a very young age – he was allegedly visiting temples and learning Sanskrit. At age 10 he was said to enroll in an astronomy class and finish as the top student. Despite allegedly being bullied by other students and disbelieved by teachers, he claims to have graduated from Vastu sastra, a Hindu doctrine on the influence of the laws of architecture and nature. It appears his COVID-19 prediction when he was 14 brought him to fame, so that now his videos are eagerly anticipated by followers of indigo children whom they believe to have psychic powers.
Anand’s predictions for 2022 actually began on December 10, so some of these appear to already be coming true. With that kind of success rate, it’s no wonder media coverage of Abhigya Anand seems to tout statements like “Abhigya Anand has been considered an indigo child who has never been wrong in his predictions” and “In fact, almost nothing is wrong and unproven.” Is that true?
Do you remember any of those events occurring? Anand was wrong about these and other predictions, just as all alleged psychics are. It seems they all avoid predicting that they will be fact-checked.
Here’s a little advice from someone who is definitely not an indigo child, but has had success following the predictions of one particular group of people: scientists are right about the future far more often than psychics.
