It would have been nice to post all of the above without any bugs or issues to deal with but alas, as expected, we do have some bugs that have appeared since launching the new site.
Here's a quick list of what's happening and what to expect:
- We currently have server issues that are causing errors and downtime. This is a brand new server environment and we are working on getting these issues resolved asap. This is our number one priority right now. Expect more crashes and downtime while we get it sorted.
- We are getting your support requests, but there's a lot of them and our small team is getting them solved as fast as we can. We do ask for your patience though as it may take us some time to solve your issue.

For anyone having these issues and experiencing bugs, please don't worry, we can easily fix all these for you and have records of all your payments and old account information. It's just a matter of getting to your support request, which again, will take some time.
We don't expect to have everything resolved in the next 24 hours but our target is to get everything stable by this Friday.
