If you're on one of our subscriptions and you happened to notice your feed updated to a single item called "Insufficient privileges" then please read on.
You will see this message if:
- your account has expired or cancelled
- the feed you are subscribing too has been changed or cancelled
The first thing you should do is login to the website and make sure your account is active. You can check this on the 'subscriptions' tab on your dashboard.
If your account is active it's possible you may have subscribed to the wrong RSS feed. To correct this please copy your podcast RSS feed from the dashboard page, and re-paste it into your podcasting app.
