Spirits also seem to be making quite a ruckus as a man claims is bed is haunted by the ghosts of children and thrill seekers get more than they bargained for with a headless monk seen around a new theme park ride.

Hi Guys, just a quick a quick question to see if i am going crazy! 10.57 minutes in to this show i can here what sounds like a voice in the background when you guys are talking then it happens again around 11.09 ish. Please can you confirm if it is only me hearing this or can you guys hear it also.

Hi Guys : Another great show !!! I was really happy to hear you give time to the achievements of Aboriginal people. For those who study these things, there is no doubt that our people were the first to track the movements of the heavens – be it the sun, the moon or the stars. Their very lives depending on their ability to do this.

Aboriginal people used song lines (the path of the creator spirits), which connected the Earth to the heavens and they accessed the song lines through ceremony and song. It is interesting to note that many of Oz’s crop circles were located on the song lines and there is some evidence in early literature to suggest that crop circles were common in the landscape and used as ceremonial areas.

Not only did Aboriginal people use stone structures to mark the passage of the sun, they used rock carvings to mark the passage of the sun, moon and stars. I have been documenting this at 1 site in particular in central Victoria and you can read a little about this here : http://otherworldyencounters.wordpress.com/aboriginal-petroglyphs/southern-celestial-pole/ . Some pics are here : http://otherworldyencounters.wordpress.com/gallery/aboriginal-petroglyphs/ . (I haven’t yet finished writing about this in any detail.) What is important however to note, is that these places are considered sacred and easily desecrated by those who are careless. I advise any one interested in such things, to work with local clans or tribal groups – if they are available. Sadly much of this knowledge has been lost in southern Australia (especially here in Victoria).

PS. My 12 year old son Toa is loving your show but still too scared to watch the X-Files !!! He’s keen to phone in one of his own strange experiences – so hopefully you’ll hear from him soon !
