For centuries, people have spontaneously disappeared in the most mysterious of circumstances. From Missing 411 reports to folklore legends of strange locations, there seems to be a common theme among them. We discuss some of these reports, from the reasonable to the outright outlandish, and consider how strange weather, solar activity, and sacred myths could explain just where these people are going.
