The 1860s story about the ‘meteorite’ with hieroglyphics reminds me of Kecksburg.

There’s also a weird anecdote included in the book Captured! written by Friedman and Marden, where it’s reported that back when Betty was trying some ‘psycho-physic’ experiments to establish contact with her alien abductors, one day she and Barney found a weird huge hailstone placed right in the middle of the breakfast table. The large piece of ice seemed to contain some type of markings of hieroglyphics.
